An Area event is an event that is raised against the area, or when Player Characters and creatures interact with it.

Notes
- The OnHeartbeat event will only fire when at least one player is in the area. If there are no players currently in the area then you cannot rely on it being triggered. This is done by design so that all areas are not constantly firing this event.
