City of Melnibone is a persistent world server in existance since 2003.
It is set in the world of Melnibone and based on the books of Elric written by Micheal Moorcock.
It has low magic, hard fought battles, awards for good RP, and slow progression and uses a hard core rule set or HCR.
The emphasis is on partying and the XP rate is better in a party of two than solo.
This module will also challenge the best character builds.
