Durga is one of Neverwinter's many merchants, a half-orc operating the Shining Knight Arms and Armor in the city core, accessible in chapters 1 and 4 of the original campaign.

Marrok works in the basement of Durga's shop during chapter 1. Durga will give access to Marrok and his forge to barbarians, fighters, paladins, rangers, and the first character to approach him with the championship medal from the Board Laid Bare. All other characters need to persuade Durga to be given access.
During chapter 4, the door formerly leading to Marrok's forge is locked and Durga makes no mention of it, though it may be unlocked with difficulty or bashed. A PC entering will find four unfriendly Luskanites instead of Marrok.
