Description: Each enemy in the area of effect takes 1d6 cold damage for every 3 levels of the caster (rounded down, but with a minimum of 2d6 damage). A successful saving throw (with a DC of 10 plus half the caster's hit dice) halves this damage.
Notes[]
- "Enemy" includes neutral creatures (after accounting for the current PvP setting).
- Damage is rolled once for all enemies.
- Due to a bug, a successful save reduces the damage for the creature that made the save and all remaining creatures in the area of effect. This means that a creature with evasion can effectively shield creatures behind it. (A fix for this is available on the Vault[1].)
