Description: The target of heal is restored to full hit points. Healing spells have a reverse effect when used on undead, harming instead of healing them (undead are reduced to 1d4 hit points with this spell). A successful touch attack must first be made when this spell is used against undead.

- This spell inflicts positive energy damage on a targeted undead, unless the creature is friendly to the caster.
- Module creators sometimes change this spell to provide an amount of healing dependent on caster level. Similarly, its effectiveness against undead is also sometimes toned down.
- Due to a .2da bug, harm is not an additional counterspell of this spell.
