Special abilities[]
A rakshasa is immune to spells of level 8 or lower. It is, however, vulnerable to a blessed bolt.
This creature can cast, as a spell-like ability, a number of spells with a caster level of 7. Specifically, it can cast ghostly visage, mage armor, and see invisibility each once per day; blindness/deafness, daze, dispel magic, fireball, and Melf's acid arrow each twice per day; ray of frost four times per day; and magic missile five times per day.
Notes[]
- A rakshasa has a creature weapon that would inflict d6+1 slashing damage, but this is never used as this creature cannot be disarmed.
- Rakshasa are listed under "Planar, Fiendish" in the creature palette.
