Just had a very strange thing happen with Boddyknock. While in the Fire Giants Cave (North), I needed to change henchman so I teleported back to Tyr and asked Tomy Undergallows to join up. Went back through portal and now had BOTH HENCHMAN!! Plus, my minion and familiar. FIVE IN THE PARTY. Very odd. Boddyknock did nothing I could see during battles and eventually died, after which THE CHARACTER HAS DISAPPEARED FROM THE GAME! Not at temple, not at Aaron's lodge. Gone.

How can this be?

Send response to efestra@yahoo.com (put NEVERWINTER in subject line so I can find it).

Defensive/Offensive[]

"He is usually defensive..." This is not correct, he's by far more offensive.

"...spells like cone of cold or phantasmal killer" What does this mean?

Also, if we're going to mention some of his spells, we might as well list them all. But I know you guys have A LOT on your hands and can't be everywhere, so I'll just add the spells here and let you good people do the serious editing ;)

Boddyknock spells [from the toolset]

Defensive: Mage armor, bull's strength, ghostly visage, see invisibility, haste, improved invisibility, stone skin, energy buffer, mass haste.

Offensive: Daze, ray of frost, burning hands, magic missile, ray of enfeeblement, scare, knock, melf's acid arrow, dispel magic, fire ball, flame arrow, evard's black tentacles, phantasmal killer, cone of cold, hold monster, chain lightning, finger of death.

Upon hireing he will also have "sleep", but loses it as soon as he levels up.   217.121.86.187 13:00, May 4, 2013 (UTC)

slightly bugged at lvl 13[]

I think the lvl 13 version of Boddyknock is slightly bugged, because according to the toolset he has one more known level 3 spells than a sorcerer at this level should have. At lvl 11 he gets the lightning bolt spell, his fourth known third level spell (as it should be), however he gets the fireball at lvl 13, but doesn't discard any of his known spells. This is five known level 3 spells at this level, one more than any sorcerer could ever know. Also at lvl 14 he drops the lightning bolt, so it is ok there again. • Seems like a bug, but then again NPCs are not bound by the same rules as PCs. (For example, Sharwyn starts with an extra feat.) Does this have a significant impact on gameplay? (For exmaple, if the AI always chooses fireball over lightning bolt, then there is no real impact.) --The Krit (talk) 14:18, February 8, 2020 (UTC)
