Effect on NPCs[]

- Yes. As the article states, this spell causes NPCs (merchants) to take a -10 penalty to appraise checks. --The Krit (talk) 03:09, January 19, 2013 (UTC)
- While the DC reduction for appraise is mentioned, the fact that all persuade DC checks are affected the same is not. Simply remembering to cast charm on quest givers makes it easy to collect those additional rewards that rely on persuade checks.
