I believe the comment in the note section is wrong. The % is not reduced to 25, the attacker simply has 2 changes to hit. Each chance is still a 50% miss rate. The second attempt at a hit (provided the first attempt was avoided due to concealment) is still at a 50% miss rate. Please correct me if I am wrong. Bromium 09:08, 2 February 2007 (PST)
