Damage type[]

Displaying damage types[]
We have had an issue for a while where we try to use the in-game text for spell descriptions, but sometimes the description is lacking. A common shortfall has the description saying how much damage the spell inflicts, but omits the damage type (as is the case for this spell). A while ago I started editing these spells to link the word "damage" to the damage type, which allowed the tooltip to show the damage type, but that is kind of subtle and not really useful if you're not using a mouse. So...
Maybe we should use a common-ish convention where words inserted into a quote are in square brackets? Not for every possible insertion, though. Just in select cases, starting with the damage types. I've done that in this article. If it still looks reasonable after a while, we could push it to the other spell descriptions. --The Krit (talk) 01:14, December 12, 2018 (UTC)
