Gloves and weapons[]

Is said, that thundering rage applies for any weapon, but this isn't true. These bonuses are not applied to (monk) gloves. ShaDoOoW

  • Gloves are not weapons. They can have attack and damage bonuses that apply to unarmed attacks, but they have no intrinsic damage rating, so are not themselves weapons. --The Krit 17:24, 19 December 2008 (UTC)

Stacking[]

This entry states Thundering Rage and Overwhelming critical do not stack, but the Overwhelming Critical entry states that it does stack with Thundering Rage. --132.204.221.226 23:55, September 14, 2009 (UTC)

  • Both state that thundering rage will stack with overwhelming critical. This article says it doesn't stack with massive critical as that is the exact bonus thundering rage provides. All thundering rage is is temporary item properties for the equipped right hand weapon. This item can be given to another character and they will get full benefit until the rage ends. For each weapon that you want thundering rage to effect, you must rage once with that weapon in your right hand slot. Thus a double weapon requires one rage to affect off-hand and main-hand, while wielding two weapons requires a weapon swap and a total of two rages to get the properties on both main-hand and off-hand. Script?[]

How/where can I find the Script to edit this feat, it doesnt seem to be anywhere in the script editor in toolset. Silent 111 16:51, August 26, 2010 (UTC)

  • New info added to article. Can you find it now? --The Krit 19:20, August 26, 2010 (UTC)
  • Yeah I found it thanks. Silent 111 20:40, August 26, 2010 (UTC)

Thundering rage disables temp poison[]

it seems that thundering rage removes any poison that is temporarily applied to a weapon. Maybe it should be noted on this page?

~~Hurin~~ 23:24, 26 November 2012‎ (UTC)

  • That seems odd, based on what I recall about the script. (Sorry, no time to look into this at the moment.) Are you sure the poison's duration didn't simply run out? The standard poison items apply their temporary item property for only three rounds, and you've already consumed one of those by entering a rage. --The Krit (talk) 03:01, November 27, 2012 (UTC)

Creature weapons[]

Have been considering if the potential benefit bestowed by this feat would be evident using creature weapons. In this case, it would be an epic barbarian/druid who can utilized the wildshapes, fighting with rage active. Since the polymorphs don't use an unarmed attack, it seems their weapons (claw/bite) may quality, perhaps even slam. Anyone have some evidence whether creature weapons can have effects such as these added to them? As usual, TIA for any help. --72.86.190.29 17:36, March 21, 2015 (UTC)

Natural weapon slots are not checked, so creature weapons would not be factored in. WhiZard (talk) 21:42, March 21, 2015 (UTC)
