Waterdeep - City of Splendors is a persistent world geared towards roleplaying and low magic. It has excellent roleplayers, a dedicated and friendly DM staff, and a relaxed, intriguing atmosphere. All are welcome to enter the City of Splendors — no hak paks are required and applications are only needed for a handful of races, prestige classes and access to the DM factions. Be you a Red Wizard from Thay, a dwarf affiliated with the Dwarven Trading and Crafting Company, a watchman, a user of the mysterious Shadow Weave, a Dawnbringer of Lathander or a simple adventurer from afar, much to do will be found in Waterdeep, with original, intriguing scripted quests and almost daily DM events. The DMs themselves are friendly and more than willing to help players further their own plots, and the playerbase actively helps in developing new content for the server. Players are actively encouraged to take part in the daily life of Waterdeep, develop their own goals, work to further them, interact with others, and have fun.
