Specifics: The character performs a full attack action, and makes one melee attack at full base attack bonus against each opponent within 5 feet.

Notes
- Requires Hordes of the Underdark.
- A character performing a whirlwind attack cannot be flanked.
- Contrary to the description, only the first target is attacked with the highest attack bonus. Each consecutive target incurs a -5 penality on the attack roll. All attacks are resolved in the first flurry.
